Aside from the being able to recognise any retailer’s store from any angle in under a second, I’ve also seen just how hard it is for both customers and staff when the store is rammed. This marathon shop watch coincided with British Retail Consortium’s predictions that staff numbers are to slightly decrease in the coming years even as mobile phone use increases (albeit slowly), so it’s likely retail stores are going to have to do more with less if they wish to retain market share, how? There’s a couple of ideas on page 8. Jack Courtez firstname.lastname@example.org All material in this publication is covered by copyright. We are currently on top form with being in such a highly rated department store and we always strive to do the very best in all we do. Also most of us live nowhere near Trafford so those bus journeys are a killer... and I know a burnt caramel latte with two sugars would go down a treat in that scenario! I would also like to win purely so I can just say thank you to Mark, Cy, Jamie, Molly and Brett (my team members) I have only been in this shop for two months, and I have never felt so welcomed and part of a group the way I do here, they took me in from the minute I got to Selfridges, and if I ever need anything from them I know I can count on them! “ Winner: O2 Banbury (pictured) Nominated by: Emily Adams “I’m the assistant manager at o2 in Banbury and I think my colleagues and I need a little coffee boost because our customer interaction is on point and we are always greeting our customers with a happy smiley welcome and this does sometimes require caffeine!” Winner: Vodafone Carlisle Nominated by: Hannah Alderson (pictured) “Some of our customers had a bad start to the year with the Cumbria floods so we donated food and toiletries to the rescue centres for those who lost everything to help our customers get back on their feet. So a nice coffee treat would be lovely!“ STARBUCKS VOUCHER GIVEAWAY iSellMobile knows that some days you just need a boost of caffeine to stay on your toes! We’ve got five £10 Starbucks vouchers to give away so you can keep yourself and a few colleagues in the game on those days when you really need it. To win, email email@example.com and tell us who in your store most deserves a coffee break and why. The best five answers win!
